A great deal of effort has been made to improve the welfare of AO NPK Rospromneft employees.In order to manage this process efficiently, a "Social Development Program for the Years 2011-2015 to improve the Welfare of Employees of the Company in the St. Petersburg city," was approved by Orders No. 139 of AO NPK Rospromneft of January 1, 2013 and No. 14-67 of AO NPK Rospromneft and the National Petroleum Industry Trade Unions Committee of the St. Petersburg city,.
